When it got warmer, Cader and Douglas went on rides after school when it was zero or above. And during the really cold months it was stored in the bus barn with some other teachers' four wheelers.
Cader was in the Christmas program with his class. He was a little nervous, but they did fine. You can see they all dressed up for the occasion. : ) Do you notice the shirt Cader is wearing April?
The snow and the light from the sun peeking out are really beautiful. Before coming up here, I couldn't see how Kimberlee could stand the cold, flat land with no trees; but now I can see how pretty it can be when I'm walking back and forth to school or looking out our back window of the house. I isn't that flat with all the twist and turns by the river that give contours and/or demention to the landscape.
Cader loved his third grade teacher. He was very patient and intelligent. (Our family all noticed his voice sounded like Uncle Jim.) He was also the school IT guy; which helped Cader learn a lot more about computers. They did quite a bit of there classwork on them too.

Mr. Neal was the first thru fourth grade basketball coach too. The practices started in April. Cader wasn't going to play, but changed his mind just before the practices and games started. He had fun and learned more about the game and playing with others. Maybe you can pick Cader out of the group of kids in the photo. : )
We've been trying to get her house put back together and our furniture and stuff out of storage since we've been back. Hopefully, it will be in better shape than the last time you may have visited us. So, make planned to come and see us... and our progress. : ) Bye!
